Deck Weaknesses

The About Face combo hinges on Tireless Tribe, so killing it in response to the pump or before the swap fizzles the kill.
Instant — speed removal or a bounce spell during the combo turn blows out the all-in attack.
Quiet Speculation and Roar of the Wurm rely on the graveyard, so graveyard hate undercuts the backup plan.
Meddling Mage and Circular Logic are its only disruption, so a fast or removal — light combo opponent can race it.

How to win with it

Mulligan any hand that lacks a discard outlet or a way to find one: a keepable seven has Tireless Tribe or Wild Mongrel plus at least one expendable card to pitch (ideally Roar of the Wurm or Wonder) and a mana base reaching blue and white by turn two. Ship hands with two copies of About Face and no Tireless Tribe, and send engine-less sevens to six.
The dream line is turn-one Tireless Tribe, then on turn two discard Roar of the Wurm and a second card to Tireless Tribe's +0/+4 ability twice, taking it from 1/4 to 1/12, and cast About Face during your attack to swap power and toughness for a 12/1 swing. Pump first, then cast About Face after declaring the attacker so the toughness is locked in before the swap; because Tireless Tribe entered a turn earlier it can connect as early as turn two.
When the fast kill is not available, cast Quiet Speculation on turn two and fetch three copies of Roar of the Wurm (or two Roar of the Wurm and one Ray of Revelation) straight to your graveyard, then flashback a 6/6 each turn as a standalone clock while holding up Circular Logic or Prismatic Strands to protect it.
Hold About Face rather than jam it the instant Tireless Tribe is large - wait until you can also pitch a card to Wild Mongrel or Tireless Tribe in response to removal so the creature grows out of the kill, or until you have Circular Logic mana open to counter interaction on the swing turn.
Deep Analysis is your grind engine: cast it for two to refuel, then flashback it when the game goes long, keeping your hand stocked with pitch fodder for Tireless Tribe and Wild Mongrel and with the threat you most want to name on Meddling Mage to keep an opposing answer off the stack while you assemble the kill.
If the one-shot swing never materializes, win on the token plan: flashback Roar of the Wurm every turn, deploy Call of the Herd early for pressure and a second flashback body, and close with Wonder in the graveyard giving your team flying so the 6/6 tokens fly in alongside a pumped Tireless Tribe.

How to beat it

Hold instant-speed removal for Tireless Tribe and kill it in response to About Face to fizzle the combo.
Use graveyard hate to shut down Quiet Speculation's flashback Roar of the Wurm and Deep Analysis value.
Pressure the deck's life total, since the About Face creature must survive to combat to win.
Bounce or exile the pumped creature during the combo turn to deny the one-shot kill.
Play around Circular Logic and Meddling Mage by diversifying threats it can't pre-name or counter.
