Overview

"Aluren resolves its namesake enchantment so every creature with converted mana cost three or less can be cast for free at instant speed, then abuses that window with Cavern Harpy and Raven Familiar. Harpy bounces Raven Familiar to recast it for free and filter the deck, while paying one life returns Harpy to repeat the loop and draw toward the kill. Birds of Paradise and Wall of Roots fuel the early turns, Intuition and Survival of the Fittest tutor the pieces, and Cabal Therapy strips disruption, making it a toolbox combo deck."

Deck Weaknesses

Single — enchantment dependency - the win condition collapses without Aluren in play, the deck carries no backup damage plan, and it must rebuild from scratch if the enchantment is answered after it resolves.
All — in hand sculpting - early turns are spent doing nothing interactive behind Wall of Blossoms and Wall of Roots while Raven Familiar digs, so a fast clock can end the game before Aluren, Cavern Harpy, and a drain creature ever come together in one turn.
Fragile mid — combo loop - the Cavern Harpy bounce chain must run uninterrupted, so any removal or forced sacrifice that strips a loop piece mid-execution ends the turn with no life drain, an empty hand, and a spent Aluren.
Graveyard — reliant secondary engine - Squee, Goblin Nabob recurs to feed Survival of the Fittest, so graveyard hate that exiles Squee, Goblin Nabob early severs that filtering loop and forces the deck onto Raven Familiar alone, badly slowing assembly.

How to win with it

Mulligan any hand that lacks either Aluren itself or at least two of the early mana/sculpting pieces (Birds of Paradise, Wall of Roots, Wall of Blossoms) that get you to three mana by turn three; a keeper has a green source, a land drop for turns one and two, and either a cantrip body like Raven Familiar or a tutor in Intuition or Survival of the Fittest. Seven-card hands holding Aluren with no green source, or pure gas with no mana, go back.
The dream draw is turn-one Birds of Paradise, turn-two Wall of Blossoms drawing a card (or Wall of Roots) into Raven Familiar, turn-three Aluren; then chain free creatures under Aluren by casting Cavern Harpy, bouncing Raven Familiar to hand on Cavern Harpy's enter trigger, paying one life to return Cavern Harpy itself, and replaying both to redraw with Raven Familiar each pass and dig through your whole deck the turn Aluren resolves.
When you have Survival of the Fittest or Intuition, use them to fetch the exact missing piece rather than firing them off early: grab Squee, Goblin Nabob first so it becomes a free, recurring discard outlet for the Survival of the Fittest chain (it returns from the graveyard each upkeep), then find Cavern Harpy, then find Raven Familiar to complete the engine. Sequence matters because Squee, Goblin Nabob is what makes repeated Survival of the Fittest activations cost no cards.
Hold Cabal Therapy until you know what to strip: cast it for free by sacrificing a Raven Familiar or Cavern Harpy you intend to replay under Aluren anyway, naming the answer most likely to break up your combo. Jamming it blind on turn one is only correct when your hand is already fast enough that stripping a card now beats waiting for perfect information.
The grind plan runs through Sylvan Library, paying four life on upkeep to stack draws and rebuying Raven Familiar repeatedly under Aluren to dig; keep Cloud of Faeries for after Aluren lands, since casting Cloud of Faeries free untaps two lands and Cavern Harpy can bounce it back to hand, looping it for mana to fuel more Raven Familiar and Cavern Harpy casts. Hold Spike Feeder as a life cushion, gaining four to offset the life you pay bouncing Cavern Harpy each iteration.
The key decision is whether to jam Aluren into an open board on turn three or wait: jam it when your hand already has Cavern Harpy plus Raven Familiar (or Cloud of Faeries for mana), because the loop completes the same turn and leaves no window to answer it. Slow-roll Aluren only when you are missing the bounce-and-draw pieces and need another Raven Familiar pass or a Man-o'-War tempo play to find them.

How to beat it

The entire combo needs Aluren on the battlefield before Cavern Harpy and a drain creature can loop, and the deck has no backup kill, so destroying or countering that single enchantment is the most decisive play, so save enchantment removal or hold permission for the moment Aluren tries to resolve.
Raven Familiar is the engine that sculpts the hand into a same-turn combo; pressuring it or trading off cheap interactive spells before Aluren lands leaves the enchantment sitting in play as a dead card with no payoff assembled behind it.
The kill depends on Cavern Harpy returning itself to hand to recast for free, so an edict effect (forced sacrifice) aimed when only Cavern Harpy and the drain creature are on board breaks the chain, since the edict ignores creature size and strips a loop piece the deck cannot replace mid-combo.
The deck cannot re-sculpt after its hand is attacked early, so landing a first piece of disruption and then a second in the same window forces it to miss a combo piece with no card-selection left to dig back to it before you close the game.
Nothing this deck does touches your life total until the combo turn (its early plays are pure defense and filtering behind Wall of Blossoms and Wall of Roots), so a fast clock forces it to combo on a fixed turn or die, shrinking the window it has to find every piece through Raven Familiar and Intuition.
