Sweepers like Wrath of God can blunt the creature — based offense if you overcommit.
It leans on a fair, midrange clock and can be outraced or comboed out by faster decks.
Sylvan Library and a lack of true card advantage engines mean it can run out of gas in grindy games.
Heavy reliance on Birds of Paradise for acceleration makes early mana denial or point removal painful.

How to win with it

Mulligan any hand without a one-drop accelerant or a real early threat: a keeper has Birds of Paradise, or a land that curves into a turn-two Call of the Herd or Skyshroud Elite, because every wasted turn surrenders the race this deck is built to win.
The dream draw is Birds of Paradise into a turn-two Call of the Herd elephant token, then on turn three flashing back Call of the Herd from the graveyard while casting Blastoderm or Anurid Brushhopper; that puts roughly fourteen power across the board by turn four and forces an immediate answer.
Lead with Sylvan Library on turn two so you see three cards a turn, and pay its life cost freely in the early turns when your creatures end the game faster than the life loss matters; ease off the extra draws once you are stalled and your life total is already low.
Hold Swords to Plowshares for the blocker that actually stands between your biggest attacker and the opponent's life total rather than spending it on the first creature you see; clearing that one blocker lets Blastoderm or Phantom Nishoba connect, while exiling a low-impact creature your own attackers could have outclassed wastes the removal.
In the grind, Anurid Brushhopper is your resilience engine: when removal targets it, discard Call of the Herd plus one other card to return Anurid Brushhopper to your hand and dodge the spell, then later flash back that discarded Call of the Herd from the graveyard for a 3/3 token, turning what you pitched back into a body. Note Anurid Brushhopper has no hexproof, so it survives only by bouncing, not by sitting through removal.
Cast Seal of Cleansing or Naturalize during your early development only when there is already a permanent on the table stopping your attacks; otherwise keep them in hand and keep deploying, since Exalted Angel and Phantom Nishoba on an empty board win faster than any enchantment removal you hold back to keep.

How to beat it

Use a board wipe such as Wrath of God to punish a committed Green-White board.
Kill Birds of Paradise early to slow its curve and color access.
Race it with a faster combo or burn plan since its clock is fair and grindy.
Out-card it in the late game; without strong card advantage it fades after a sweeper.
Hold removal for Anurid Brushhopper and Exalted Angel, its most resilient threats.
