Overview

"A combo-aggro hybrid built around Tireless Tribe, which discards cards for +0/+1, and a discard engine of Wild Mongrel, Basking Rootwalla, Arrogant Wurm, and Call of the Herd that empties the hand to stack the Tribe's toughness sky-high before a power-and-toughness swap turns that toughness into a one-swing kill. Sacrificing Glory gives the chosen color protection from every other color, pushing the lethal attacker through unblocked. The same shell also runs a straight white-green beatdown plan with Savannah Lions and Rancor, threatening either finish in one game."

Single — threat dependency - the one-shot kill requires Tireless Tribe specifically; remove or bounce it before the discard phase and the deck is reduced to fair green-white aggro with no reliable finisher.
Hand — size reliance - Tireless Tribe's toughness, the madness triggers on Arrogant Wurm and Basking Rootwalla, and Wild Mongrel's pump all shrink as the hand empties, leaving the board underpowered once cards are spent.
Telegraphed kill turn — the player must hoard a critical mass of cards and visibly dump them before the swap resolves, handing instant-speed interaction a clear window rather than a surprise.
Graveyard — dependent evasion - Glory must hit the graveyard and its activation must resolve to push through blockers; without that protection layer, Tireless Tribe and Wild Mongrel are groundbound beaters that trade poorly into any matching blocker.

How to win with it

Mulligan for a one-drop and a discard outlet: a keepable hand wants Savannah Lions or Basking Rootwalla to start the clock plus Wild Mongrel or Tireless Tribe to turn excess cards into pressure; hands with no early body and no way to convert cards into board presence are too slow and should be shipped.
The dream draw is a turn-one Savannah Lions or Basking Rootwalla into a turn-two Wild Mongrel, then discarding Arrogant Wurm to Wild Mongrel for its madness cost to land a 4/3 well ahead of curve while Rancor turns any of these into a fast, trampling clock.
Use Wild Mongrel and Tireless Tribe as engines, not just bodies: discard Arrogant Wurm and Basking Rootwalla to them to cheat the madness creatures into play, pump Wild Mongrel to push damage or survive combat, and let Tireless Tribe (+0/+1 per discard) wall the ground while you dump cards.
Hold Swords to Plowshares for the blocker or attacker that actually matters rather than firing it at the first creature you see; it is your only hard removal, so save it to clear a key wall in front of your beaters or to exile a threat that races you.
The grind plan is flashback plus Glory: rebuy bodies with Call of the Herd and Roar of the Wurm to keep refilling the board, then once your graveyard is stocked, discard Glory and activate it from the yard to pump your whole team of a chosen color for an alpha strike.
Sequence Rancor onto an evasive or hard-to-block threat like Tireless Tribe or Wild Mongrel for +2/+0 and trample, and remember it returns to your hand when it hits the graveyard, so you can keep re-suiting it after blocks; also note that emptying your hand through all this discarding switches on Cursed Scroll to ping down blockers or close the game.

How to beat it

Kill Tireless Tribe before the discard phase begins - the one-shot kill needs Tireless Tribe to survive while the player empties their hand into its toughness, so removal in response to the first discard activation collapses the combo entirely.
Read the hand-dump tell: when the opponent holds a stack of cards and starts chaining discards into Tireless Tribe or Wild Mongrel, that is the About Face turn. Exile-based removal applied at the start of that turn, before blockers are declared, denies the kill cleanly.
Glory in the graveyard can be activated to give every attacker protection from a chosen color, making Tireless Tribe or Wild Mongrel both unblockable and untargetable by that color; instant-speed graveyard hate that strips Glory before combat reopens blocks and targeted removal against the finisher.
Go wide with several small creatures instead of one big blocker - the deck has little sweeper access of its own, so a broad board forces it to win through combat math rather than a single unblocked hit into an empty battlefield.
Attack the hand: Tireless Tribe's toughness pump and the madness payoffs on Arrogant Wurm and Basking Rootwalla all scale with cards in hand, so forcing discards or capping hand size early lowers the combo ceiling and the free-cast value of madness at the same time.
