"Oathclysm is a GW prison-control deck that combines Oath of Druids, which cheats Exalted Angel into play, with mass land destruction in Cataclysm to strand the opponent under a resource lock. Terravore grows huge off the graveyard's lands while Sphere of Resistance taxes the opponent, Sylvan Library and Enlightened Tutor find the pieces, and Swords to Plowshares keeps the board clear."

Oath of Druids does nothing if the opponent has no creatures, since Oath only triggers when behind on creature count.
Enchantment removal like Naturalize or Disenchant can strip Oath of Druids and Sphere of Resistance.
Graveyard hate such as Tormod's Crypt shrinks Terravore and can disrupt the Oath plan.
Cataclysm hurts Oathclysm's own board too, so a stumble can leave it unable to capitalize.

How to win with it

Mulligan any hand that cannot produce a turn-one or turn-two accelerant or anchor toward Cataclysm: a keepable hand has Mox Diamond plus a land, or two lands plus Sylvan Library or Enlightened Tutor, giving you the card flow to reach Cataclysm before the opponent's board outpaces you.
The dream draw plays Mox Diamond into Sylvan Library on turn one, uses the Library to dig toward Oath of Druids, Enlightened Tutor, or a creature by turn two, then fires Cataclysm on turn three or four; if Oath of Druids is already down and the opponent controls more creatures than you, its upkeep trigger reveals from the top of your library until it hits Exalted Angel and puts her straight into play, so the post-Cataclysm board is a 4/5 that gains you four life every time she connects while the opponent rebuilds from one permanent of each type.
Hold Enlightened Tutor until the game tells you what to fetch, remembering it puts the card on TOP of your library to be drawn next turn rather than into hand: grab Oath of Druids when you want a recurring free threat, Seal of Cleansing when a problem artifact or enchantment must be answered, or Sylvan Library when you need raw card velocity, and only jam it turn one for Sylvan Library when your hand otherwise has no path to Cataclysm.
Sequence Cataclysm deliberately: if Zuran Orb is in play, sacrifice your excess lands to it first to bank two life each and deny those lands to Cataclysm's symmetric culling, then choose the single land, the single artifact (Mox Diamond if a card still feeds it), and the single creature you keep, since Terravore reads every land in all graveyards and the lands both players dump to Cataclysm can make it an immediate four-to-six-power survivor on the cleared board.
The grind plan takes over when Cataclysm is stranded or disrupted: drop Sphere of Resistance to tax the opponent's development, run Sylvan Library hard by paying four life per extra draw to dig toward Cataclysm or Armageddon, and bank Call of the Herd plus its flashback so an eventual Cataclysm or Armageddon leaves you with an Elephant token and the opponent with nothing.
The key decision each game is how to set up your Cataclysm survivor: if the opponent already controls more creatures than you, leaning on Oath of Druids to find Exalted Angel before the wreck is the cleanest line, but against an empty or creature-light board Oath sits dormant, so plan instead to keep Terravore, or to cast Exalted Angel face-down as a morph and hold two generic plus double white untapped to flip her up the turn after Cataclysm.

How to beat it

Keep your battlefield clear of creatures to deny Oath of Druids its trigger.
Destroy Oath of Druids or Sphere of Resistance with enchantment removal before they take over.
Use graveyard hate like Tormod's Crypt to keep Terravore small.
Hold key permanents back so Cataclysm strips less of your board, then rebuild faster than it can.
Remove or race the Exalted Angel quickly, since its lifegain otherwise buries an aggressive plan.
