Oath of Druids does nothing if the opponent keeps zero creatures in play, so creatureless control can blank the engine.
Cataclysm and the manlight base mean awkward keeps where the deck must sacrifice its own permanents to one — for-one.
Terravore shrinks dramatically against decks with little graveyard land presence or against graveyard hate like Krosan Reclamation in the mirror.
Heavy reliance on Mox Diamond and Gemstone Mine makes the mana fragile to Wasteland and Rishadan Port pressure.

How to win with it

Mulligan guidance: keep any hand with Oath of Druids or Cataclysm backed by at least one Mox Diamond or a fetchable land, plus a card-quality engine like Sylvan Library or Deep Analysis. Ship hands that have neither an enabler (Oath of Druids, Cataclysm) nor selection even at six, because this deck cannot durdle its way to a fatty without one of those two axes.
Dream draw vs. grind plan: the fast line is turn-one Mox Diamond into Sylvan Library, then resolve Oath of Druids on turn two and flip a Terravore or Exalted Angel before the opponent commits a board; the grind plan leans on Cataclysm to reset a developed game, then rebuilds card advantage through Sylvan Library, Deep Analysis, and a face-up Exalted Angel or flashed-back Call of the Herd token until the opponent runs dry.
Sequencing Oath of Druids: control no creatures so the upkeep trigger reliably fires, and jam Oath of Druids onto an empty board the moment you can cast it. Do not make a Call of the Herd token first or you strand the trigger and have only a small body to attack with; hold Call of the Herd to rebuild after a fatty is already in play.
Hold vs. jam on Cataclysm: wait until the board favors you, then cast Cataclysm so the one artifact, one creature, one enchantment, and one land you keep are all upside. Keep a dual-producing land, Mox Diamond as your artifact, and Sylvan Library or Oath of Druids as your enchantment, with no creature worth saving, so you reload off the top while the opponent rebuilds from nothing.
Ray of Revelation and Seal of Cleansing are your enchantment answers: sequence them in your main phase, before attacking face-up with Exalted Angel, to strip anything that would shut off Oath of Druids. Do not hold Ray of Revelation hoping for a perfect target; once it is in the graveyard, flash it back for a single green at no real tempo cost to clear an enchantment for free.
Quiet Speculation on turn two, fetching two Deep Analysis plus Ray of Revelation into the graveyard, sets the full grind engine: flash back both Deep Analysis over the next turns to refill while Ray of Revelation waits to answer an enchantment locking out Oath of Druids. Volcanic Spray mops up one-toughness token swarms in the same turn you tap out for Cataclysm so you do not die to the crack-back.

How to beat it

Sandbag creatures or run a creatureless build so Oath of Druids whiffs every upkeep.
Apply Wasteland and Rishadan Port pressure to its Gemstone Mine and dual-land base before it stabilizes.
Enchantment removal like Disenchant, Seal of Cleansing, or Naturalize cleanly answers Oath of Druids and Sylvan Library.
Race it before Cataclysm comes online, since the deck is slow to set up its sweeper-plus-fatty plan.
Hold up disruption for Cataclysm and rebuild faster than they can, as it trades down their own board too.
