Overview

"Stasis Oath is a blue-based prison-combo deck that locks the opponent out with Stasis and then wins through Oath of Druids. It uses Gush and free counters like Daze, Foil, and Thwart to protect a Stasis lock, while Black Vise punishes the opponent's stranded hand. Oath of Druids cheats Akroma, Angel of Wrath into play to close, and Chain of Vapor plus Gaea's Blessing keep the deck flexible and decking-proof."

It is a fragile non — creature combo deck that folds if its key enchantments are answered.
Oath of Druids does nothing if the opponent has no more creatures, and can whiff against creatureless decks.
Maintaining the Stasis lock is mana — intensive and can collapse if the deck stumbles on resources.
Disenchant effects on Stasis or Oath of Druids cleanly dismantle the entire plan.

How to win with it

Keep any opening hand with Oath of Druids plus at least two blue sources and one piece of interaction (Counterspell, Daze, or Foil); that is the engine plus protection for it. Mulligan hands missing Oath of Druids unless you have Stasis, Black Vise, and the mana to deploy both on curve, since that is the only other route to a fast clock.
The dream draw is turn-one Black Vise into turn-two Oath of Druids with Daze mana held up: Black Vise chips the opponent on each of their upkeeps for every card over four in hand, and because you keep zero creatures in play, Oath of Druids flips the moment the opponent controls a single creature, dropping Akroma, Angel of Wrath into play as early as your turn three behind a Stasis lock.
Run Portent and Impulse, and Gush if you have spare mana, before you commit Oath of Druids, because you want to be confident Gaea's Blessing is still in your library, because if Gaea's Blessing has not been milled to reshuffle, repeated Oath of Druids reveals can deck you and a dead Akroma, Angel of Wrath stays in the graveyard instead of returning.
Jam Oath of Druids and Black Vise early while your mana is untapped and you can leave Daze or Chain of Vapor up as cheap backup; bank Counterspell and Foil for the turn you resolve Stasis, because that is the permanent the opponent fights hardest to stop and you want hard answers, not soft ones, protecting it.
Once Stasis is on the battlefield, leave one untapped Island every turn to pay its {U} upkeep cost and keep the lock live, and treat Gush as a free draw-three (returning two Islands rather than paying mana) to dig for the next piece, accepting the temporary land setback while Akroma, Angel of Wrath attacks through the frozen board.
When the fast lock is broken up, shift to the grind: lean on Sylvan Library and Impulse to sculpt toward Stasis plus the blue sources to sustain its upkeep, and use Chain of Vapor to bounce whatever permanent is keeping the opponent's board active before you re-land Stasis with Counterspell or Foil held in reserve.

How to beat it

Bring enchantment removal like Disenchant or Seal of Cleansing for Stasis and Oath of Druids.
Hold creatures back so Oath of Druids has nothing to trigger off of, or run few creatures at all.
Pressure their life total early so Black Vise and the slow lock can't stabilize before you kill them.
Apply pressure to the stack with your own threats to overwhelm their free countermagic.
Keep your hand small to blunt Black Vise, and force them to spend resources maintaining Stasis.
