"UW Tron is a blue-white control deck built around the Urza's Mine, Power Plant, and Tower lands, using Chromatic Sphere and Skycloud Egg to fix colors and assemble the Tron mana. It defends with Swords to Plowshares, Wrath of God, Masticore, and a dense countersuite of Miscalculation, Prohibit, and Power Sink, then closes by pouring huge Tron mana into Decree of Justice and Stroke of Genius."

Deck Weaknesses

Without the three Urza lands assembled the deck's mana is awkward and its X — spell payoffs stay too small to matter.
Miscalculation, Prohibit, and Power Sink are all mana — conditional and stop functioning once the opponent can pay the rider or play above two mana.
Land destruction or Wasteland — style effects cripple the specific Tron pieces the whole engine depends on.
Masticore's upkeep discard strains an already card — hungry control shell, and it is the only consistently proactive threat.

How to win with it

Mulligan any hand that lacks at least two pieces of Urza's Tron plus a Chromatic Sphere or Skycloud Egg to dig for the rest; a keeper has a clear path to full Tron by turn four or five and at least one early answer such as Swords to Plowshares or Wrath of God to survive that long.
Lead on Chromatic Sphere and Skycloud Egg not only for color fixing but to crack them and cycle toward your missing Tron land, then run Impulse to dig for whichever Urza's Tron piece you lack; cast that Impulse on the opponent's end step when you can, keeping mana up for Swords to Plowshares or a counter.
Treat Wrath of God as a tempo swing, not a panic button: hold it until clearing the board buys at least two full turns, then untap with full Tron and immediately threaten a cycled Decree of Justice for a wall of Angel tokens before the opponent rebuilds.
Once Urza's Tron is online the kill splits cleanly: with Decree of Justice in hand, cycle it for enough 1/1 Angel tokens to close in two swings (usually four to six) while holding Prohibit, Miscalculation, Mana Leak, or Power Sink to protect the alpha strike; without it, point Stroke of Genius at yourself to draw eight or more and find Decree of Justice or the counters to shield a future cycle.
The dream draw races: Chromatic Sphere into Skycloud Egg into your missing Tron land by turn three, Masticore on four to police the ground, then a cycled Decree of Justice on five for a lethal Angel army; the grind draw wins on attrition, with Swords to Plowshares and Powder Keg mopping up threats, Wrath of God resetting, Miscalculation and Mana Leak taxing disruption, until a late Stroke of Genius refills and a fifteen-plus-mana Decree of Justice cycle ends it.
Your recurring choice is tapping out for Masticore versus holding up Prohibit and Power Sink: jam Masticore when you need a body to stabilize and already hold a Wrath of God as insurance against the discard-and-ping upkeep cost, but keep countermagic up once Tron is assembled and you are one turn from a Decree of Justice cycle, since countering their key disruption then wins on the spot.

How to beat it

Attack the mana with Wasteland or land destruction to deny the Tron lands their explosive output.
Apply early pressure so Decree of Justice and Stroke of Genius can never be cast for a meaningful X.
Go wide with small threats so a single Wrath of God trades down on cards, since the deck has no second easy reset.
Bring counters or Meddling Mage-style disruption to stop Decree of Justice and Stroke of Genius from resolving.
Destroy their Chromatic Sphere and Skycloud Egg before activation to strand them on the wrong colors and deny card smoothing.
