Requirements
The Combo: Storyboard

Step 1
Cast Necropotence and Skirge Familiar.

Step 2
Pay life to Necropotence to set aside cards (usually 10-15+).

Step 3
At the beginning of your end step, put those cards into your hand.

Step 4
Discard the cards to Skirge Familiar to add {B} to your mana pool.
5
Step 5
Use the mana to cast a lethal finisher.
